Privacy Policy

FalconForge is local-first by design. Your code, your prompts, and your projects never leave your machine via us. This policy describes the limited data we do collect.

• Account information (email, name, phone — optional)
• Billing address (for GST invoicing)
• Payment metadata from PayU India (we do not store card numbers)
• Per-installation telemetry: IP, geo (city level), OS, hostname, machine ID hash, CLI version
• Aggregate token usage and spend (no prompt content)

// what we never collect

• Your source code
• Your Claude prompts or responses
• Your Jira / GitHub credentials (stored in macOS Keychain locally)
• Any file contents from your machine

// third parties

We use PayU India for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, and Cloudflare R2 for invoice storage. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else. Anthropic processes your prompts directly per their privacy terms — that traffic does not pass through our servers.

You can request a data export or deletion any time at privacy@gkforge.dev. Deletion voids active licenses.
