Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. The following policy applies to all FalconForge license purchases.

// 14-day window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the license has not been activated on a machine. Activated licenses cannot be refunded.

// how to request

Email refunds@gkforge.dev with your order ID. We process refunds within 3 business days. The amount lands in your original payment method via PayU within 5–7 business days.

// what gets voided

On refund, the unused license keys tied to the order are immediately voided. If any keys from the order were activated, those installations stop working at the next 24h heartbeat.

// chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is not necessary — we will refund promptly within the policy window. Chargebacks for activated keys will be contested.
