Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of FalconForge ("the Software"), distributed by gkforge-dev ("we", "us"). By installing, activating, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.

// license

Each purchased license key grants the right to install and use the Software on a single machine. Once activated, the key is bound to that installation and cannot be reused on another machine. Multiple machines require multiple licenses.

// restrictions

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent the activation mechanism. The Software is shipped as obfuscated bytecode for IP protection.

// updates

All v1.x updates are included in your purchase. Major version upgrades (v2.x onward) may require a new purchase at a discounted upgrade price.

// warranty

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use.

// jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
